Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver only within Burhanpur district, to the cities and villages listed at checkout. If your area is not on the list, delivery is not available there yet.

The delivery charge depends on your city and is shown clearly at checkout, before you pay. Charges differ because some areas are farther from the shop.

• Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days.
• Large or heavy items (pumps, bulk pipe, cable) may take a little longer; we will call you to arrange a suitable time.
• Our team contacts you on the phone number you provide to confirm the order and delivery.

You can pay online when ordering, or choose Cash on Delivery and pay our delivery staff when the order arrives.

You can see your order status any time under My Orders. If we cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, we will hold the order and contact you before trying again.
